Sugar Ants in House? 3 things you need to do.

The day when you find sugar ants in house and grab anything they want.  It must be an unpleasant day.  The sugar ants might be hundreds of even thousands.  You will not like them, even your pets will not like them either.

When you find sugar ants in house, there are three fundamental things you need to do to get rid of sugar ants from your lovely house.  The three things are below:

Get rid of sugar ants by cleaning your house.

For sure, sugar ants visit your house and become pest for a good reason.  Or maybe you have invited them to come by let the mess food, or delaying to clean the dining room, not to clean the kitchen often.  What you need to now is do a general cleaning in your house.  Make sure, not even a little bit food or sugar available for sugar ants freely.  Check your stove, beneath refrigerator, children toys, carpets, dining room, beneath dining table and your cupboard.

Close all of sugar ants entry points.

If you stay in apartment, it is possible to check and close all of entry points.  What you need to do is following the sugar ants trail then you will find the crack or crevices that allowing sugar ants entering your apartment.

Create a perimeter to prevent sugar ants enter your house

If it is not possible to close all of entry points of sugar ants.  You can make a perimeter in your house.  A vinegar or black pepper can be used for this purpose, spray or sprinkle it to make a perimeter.  Vinegar and black pepper have strong odor that sugar ants do not like it.

Kill the sugar ants with water.

You need to kill all of the sugar ants colony members.  Find the nest by following the sugar ants trail.  Once you find it, pour the water into it.  Of course not ordinary water, it is boiled water.  For sure, the sugar ants will be killed at the time.
